Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers provided as part of the Underscar Advent Calendar promotion running from 1st December 2025 to 24th December 2025. Each daily offer may have additional specific conditions outlined in its description, which take precedence where applicable. Participation in any offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Offer Validity:
   • Each offer is valid only on the specified reveal date or within the booking/purchase window stated in the individual offer description, subject to the terms outlined below.
   • Offers involving vouchers, upgrades, or free items are valid for the period specified (e.g., 12 months from issuance for vouchers, or specific usage dates in 2026), unless otherwise stated.
2. Usage:
   • All offers are subject to availability and may require advance booking or purchase.
   • For spa treatments, stays, bistro items, or events, availability is not guaranteed. We recommend booking or redeeming as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
   • Weather-dependent offers (e.g., snow or rain conditions) will be honoured based on verifiable conditions at the time of redemption, as determined by Underscar staff.
   • Promo codes or special instructions (e.g., entering codes in ‘Special Requests’ fields) must be used exactly as specified to redeem the offer.
3. Applicability:
   • Offers apply to the specified business areas (e.g., spa treatments, stays, bistro, retail) and may include exclusions such as certain dates (e.g., half-term periods between 17th and 23rd February 2025 or 2026).
   • Booking or purchase windows vary by offer (e.g., before 25th December 2025 for some, or for specific months in 2026). Refer to the individual offer for details.
   • Limited-time or quantity-restricted offers (e.g., first-come, first-served) will be allocated on a fair basis, with no guarantee of availability.
4. Eligibility and Redemption:
   • Offers are available to individuals aged 18 and over, unless otherwise specified.
   • Offers are only eligible for bookings made directly through https://www.underscar.co.uk/ or https://underscar.try.be/. Bookings through third-party websites are not eligible.
   • For group incentives, bundles, or packages, all participants must meet the offer criteria, and the free or discounted element applies only as described (e.g., sixth person free in a group of six).
   • Contests, scratch cards, or social media entries require compliance with entry rules (e.g., tagging friends, sharing stories) and are subject to random selection or draws, with winners notified directly.
   • Prizes or free items (e.g., vouchers, candles, treatments) have no cash alternative and must be redeemed in full.
5.  Non-Transferable:
   • All offers, vouchers, prizes, and benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the original participant or booking holder.
6. No Cash Value:
   • Offers, vouchers, or free items cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative service unless explicitly stated.
7. Offer Combinations:
   • Advent Calendar offers cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, vouchers, or offers unless expressly permitted in the individual offer description.
8. Amendments and Cancellations:
   • If you amend or cancel a booking or purchase associated with an offer (refer to our standard ‘Terms and Conditions of Booking’ or purchase policies), the offer, voucher, or benefit will no longer be valid.
   • No refunds or substitutions will be provided for unused portions of offers.
9. General Conditions:
   • Underscar Owners’ Club Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, modify any offer, or withdraw the promotion (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice.
   • Any disputes regarding the promotion or offers will be resolved at the sole discretion of Underscar Owners’ Club Limited.
   • Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
   • Underscar Owners’ Club Limited is not responsible for any tax implications arising from participation in offers or receipt of benefits. Participants are advised to consult their own tax advisors.
   • Underscar Owners’ Club Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse of the promotion, or attempts to circumvent these terms.
10.  Privacy:
    • Personal information collected during the promotion (e.g., for bookings, contests, or redemptions) will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy of Underscar Owners’ Club Limited.
    • By participating, you consent to the use of your information for administering the promotion, including winner notifications and fulfilment.
