What can we do to prevent loss of access to the paths and view that we have always enjoyed as Underscar owners? I think the committee is overstepping the mark in negotiating a new lease that would preclude such usage. How do we deal with this as a group? How can we all contact one another?

I agree, I believe there is a strong case to claim adverse possession, and I have requested the Board to take the best available legal advice on this. I also believe that there is a possible mis-selling case against the original owners,so we could claim compensation for loss of amenity. I await their response. |
