This is the big question that I guess many owners are asking. I don’t have the answer unless you just walk away but not sure of the legal liabilties with doing this… perhaps someone can help? You won’t get a response from the Board/Committee as this is a topic they don’t want to face up to (the elephant in the room if you like) but many owners are becoming less mobile and just purely getting older (or worse!) and not as interested in walking the Lakes as they once were, it’s as simple as that.
If you think about it and say 30/40% wanted ’out’ then the whole business model collapses and then goodness knows what happens. Is there anyone out there who can maybe advise?
