Why do DAE not star rate their properties for exchange so that Underscar Owners can easily review exchange options that provide equivalent 5 star properties to their own?
Is it because Underscar is the only 5* rated development on their books?
If star ratings were applied then others with equivalent rated properties would surely benefit from the reassurance of like for like exchange opportunities?

This is slightly worrying as the reasons cited for the increase in Management Fees are to ensure we get the benefits of 5* status. This really does confuse me. |
