It seems that since we took over running the whole site, there has been a policy change at Oxleys. We used to go 2-3 times during the week and simply ran up a bill like I'm any decent hotel. However, now you have to settle up each night. Annoying more than anything else, until we then tried to book afternoon tea. Long standing friends and owners tried to book for the four of us but were told they had to prepay for all 4.
Can someone from the Board explain the change and also explain why it hasn't been communicated?

Agree with Tifkat. We are paying more management fees and it sounds like inefficiency if things cannot be added up for the end of the week. |

If you charge items to your apartment and then pay it off on leaving, there is a risk that mistakes are being made and possibly not paid for. We lose money. I do not have a problem with the new approach. We now have to pre-pay for treatments as well. |
