Query re fee associated with 7Across timeshare exchange company ( previously called DAE)« Back to Questions List

Could the board identify if the Gold membership fee that was previously waived by DAE for all Underscar owners has now been reinstated, as the March newsletter identified a cost of £55? If so does this need to be reassessed by the board when Underscar has been referred to in the newsletter as “ few other timeshare sites are as good as Underscar!” Wasn’t the waiving of this fee originally acting as recognition of Underscar ‘s 5* status by comparison to other timeshare exchanges.? In other words, when owners put their lodge up for exchange there are a limited number of timeshare exchange options that attain the same 5* standard and mirror the management fees that Underscar owners are obliged to pay. Therefore by reinstating this gold membership fee this increases the financial burden on Underscar owners, which in effect means achieving even less exchange value for the Underscar management fee outlay ? Have the board any plans to address this and have the original concession reinstated to act as fair incentive to exchange?

Thank you for raising this issue. The UOCL January 2021 newsletter erroneously stated that Gold Membership will cost £55. This is incorrect. Gold Membership is free to all UOCL members.
