Under the guidance of the esteemed Michel and Alain Roux, Alex has been trained to the peak of French cooking honing his craft in the art of classical French cuisine, developing an uncompromising attention to detail, a deep respect for flavour, and an unwavering commitment to excellence! This led him to travelling to providing private dining services for celebrities, royalty, heads of states and for families all internationally!

Now based in the Lake District, Alex brings this wealth of experience to the world of private dining, curating bespoke culinary experiences that combine Michelin-level technique with the rich, seasonal ingredients of the Lakes. His approachable, people-first nature shines through in every event, ensuring each guest receives an unforgettable experience—no matter the style, theme, or occasion.
