Sunday the 14th of December - A Taste of Christmas in the Lakes with Peter Sidwell at Underscar

Following the overwhelming success of his sold-out Secret Table events at Underscar, celebrated local TV chef Peter Sidwell is returning with a one-off festive dining experience. On Sunday 14th December, guests are invited to enjoy an intimate Cumbrian Christmas Dinner, crafted by Peter and inspired by the very best local produce. There will be two sittings of 12 noon and 4pm for this event!

Grants rope-hung smoked salmon with pickled cucumber, dill oil, and Morecambe Bay potted shrimp dressing served on a brioche-style English muffin

Butter roasted turkey breast served with a cranberry & pancetta loaf made from leg and thigh meat with sage & onion stuffing, bread sauce, pigs in blankets, cranberry sauce, and a rich Madeira gravy

Sides – Roast potatoes and parsnips, salt-baked carrots, red cabbage and sprouts
