Rosemary and sea salt focaccia bread served with single origin olive oil and berry vinegar

Celeriac velouté served with an apple salsa, crispy cured ham and a roasted onion marmite style oil

Fillet of venison served with pickled blackberries and a warm mini sausage roll served with a port and red wine sauce, fondant potatoes and Autumn roasted vegetables
