It has always been my understanding that the purchaser pays the £250 transfer fee when a week is sold..as we did when we purchased. I am advised now by Sales and Rentals that this changed in September and that this charge is now passed onto the seller as well as the 20% commission. Have I missed some consultation?......were other owners aware of this?...I would be interested to know!
