Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Entry:
   • This competition is open to individual who subscribes to our mailing list (Underscar) between the 16th May 2025 – 24th November 2025.
   • Upon subscribing, you will receive an email to confirm your subscription as part of our GDPR compliance process. This email should arrive in your inbox, but please check your spam folder if it does not appear. Only individuals who successfully validate their subscription via the confirmation email will be entered into the competition.
2. Prize Details:
   • The prize consists of a 7 night stay for up to four people for any eligible week in 2025/2026. For eligible weeks, contact the Sales and Rentals team on 01768775544 or via [email protected].
   • The prize includes 7-nights in one of our luxurious properties and access to the spa facilities at Underscar.
3. Usage:
   • The prize can be redeemed at any time up to the 31st March 2026 subject to availability.
   • Accommodation is subject to availability. Booking in advance is recommended.
4. Non-Transferable:
   • The prize is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who subscribes to the mailing list and their guest.
5. No Cash Value:
   • The prize holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can any portion of the prize be substituted for cash or alternative services.
6. Offer Combinations:
   • This prize cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.
7. Amendments and Cancellations:
   • Once booked, the stay are subject to our standard booking terms.
8. General Conditions:
   • Underscar Owners’ Club Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the competition and/or prize at any time without prior notice.
   • Any disputes regarding the competition and/or prize will be resolved at the sole discretion of Underscar Owners’ Club Limited.
   • Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding promotions and incentives.
   • Underscar Owners’ Club Limited is not responsible for any tax implications resulting from the receipt of the prize. Participants are advised to consult their tax advisors.
   • Underscar Owners’ Club Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to game the competition.
9. Privacy:
   • Personal information collected as part of the promotion process will be used in accordance with the privacy policy of Underscar Owners’ Club Limited.
   • Participants consent to the use of their information for the purpose of marketing and administering the competition.
