1. Voucher Validity:
   • The spa voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Usage:
   • The spa voucher is valid at any time within its 12-month validity period, subject to availability.
   • Spa availability is not guaranteed. Booking spa treatments in advance is recommended.
3. Applicability:
   • This offer is available on selected properties and dates only. Please refer to our website for eligible properties and dates.
   • The promotional code is valid for the duration of the promotion on the Fizz platform (https://www.fizzbenefitsyou.com/).
4. Booking Duration:
   • This offer is valid for stays of exactly seven nights. Participants will receive a spa voucher for each eligible seven-night stay booked. For example, if three seven-night stays are booked, a voucher will be received for each stay.
5. Non-Transferable:
   • The spa voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the individuals named on the booking.
6. No Cash Value:
   • The spa voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
7. Offer Combinations:
   • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.
8. Amendments and Cancellations:
   • If you amend or cancel your booking (see ‘Terms and Conditions of Booking’ during the booking process), the spa voucher will no longer be valid.
9. General Conditions:
   • Underscar Owners’ Club Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
   • Any disputes regarding the promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Underscar Owners’ Club Limited.
   • Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding promotions and incentives.
   • Underscar Owners’ Club Limited is not responsible for any tax implications resulting from the receipt of vouchers. Participants are advised to consult their tax advisors.
   • Underscar Owners’ Club Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to game the promotion system.

    • Personal information collected as part of the promotion process will be used in accordance with the privacy policy of Underscar Owners’ Club Limited.
    • Participants consent to the use of their information for the purpose of administering the promotion.
