1. Offer Details
   • Book a stay at Underscar between the 3rd of May 2025 and the 1st of June 1 2025, using the promotional code SPRING25 to receive a spa voucher. The voucher value depends on the length of stay as detailed below:
     • Receive a £160 spa voucher for a 7-night booking.
     • Receive a £90 spa voucher for a 4-night booking.
     • Receive a £60 spa voucher for a 3-night booking.
2. Voucher Validity:
   • The spa voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, subject to the terms outlined below.
3. Usage:
   • The spa voucher is valid at any time within its 12-month validity period, subject to availability.
   • Spa availability is not guaranteed. Booking spa treatments in advance is recommended.
4. Applicability:
   • This offer is available for stays between the 3rd of May and the 1st of June 2025.
   • The promotional code is valid for bookings made between the 30th of April – 29th of May 2025.
5. Booking Duration:
   • This offer is valid for stays of three nights, four nights and seven nights. Participants will receive a spa voucher for each eligible stay booked.
6. Non-Transferable:
   • The spa voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the individuals named on the booking.
7. No Cash Value:
   • The spa voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
8. Offer Combinations:
   • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.
9. Amendments and Cancellations:
   • If you amend or cancel your booking (see ‘Terms and Conditions of Booking’ during the booking process), the spa voucher will no longer be valid.
10. General Conditions:
    • Underscar Owners’ Club Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
    • Any disputes regarding the promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Underscar Owners’ Club Limited.
    • Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding promotions and incentives.
    • Underscar Owners’ Club Limited is not responsible for any tax implications resulting from the receipt of vouchers. Participants are advised to consult their tax advisors.
    • Underscar Owners’ Club Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to game the promotion system.
11. Privacy:
    • Personal information collected as part of the promotion process will be used in accordance with the privacy policy of Underscar Owners’ Club Limited.
    • Participants consent to the use of their information for the purpose of administering the promotion.
