With an incredible passion for creating dishes inspired by the great outdoors and sourcing local ingredients, they have crafted a stunning menu inspired by the Lake District’s natural beauty, named ‘Petrichor’ [pe-trahy-kawr-ker]- a term evoking the earthy, sweet scent of rain on dry ground.
