Join us for a THIRD exclusive evening with Chef Jon Fell, with over 35 years’ experience working as a chef in the hospitality industry, 24 of these years spent right here on the west coast of Cumbria.

Seafood is Jon’s absolute passion, the West coast of Great Britain offering some of the finest, local and seasonal seafood available, key elements in his culinary style. Creating innovative, unique and flavourful dishes prepared with imagination, using quality ingredients are central to his food ethos, sourced wherever possible from the wealth of local and diverse Cumbrian suppliers.
