Filo parcels filled with feta, honey and pistachio, roasted smoked aubergine flatbreads, buffalo mozzarella with confit tomatoes, basil oil and cracked pepper, honey and miso roasted walnuts, rosemary focaccia with black garlic butter and sea salt

Roasted celeriac soup with toasted hazelnut and herb oil

Main course

Glazed short rib of beef with truffled creamed potatoes, crispy kale and leeks

Fillet of sea bass parcel with fennel, cherry tomato and wild herbs served with truffled creamed potatoes and leek

Dessert

Vanilla pana cotta with roasted rhubarb and blood orange
