Rump of cumbrian lamb served crushed summer potatoes, butter and chives. Served with a bilberry and red wine sauce

Courgette and walnut pithier with roasted summer tomatoes and wild herb pesto

Carnforth strawberry and tayberry parfait, topped with Italian meringue and Grasmere gingerbread
