Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Validity:
   • The offer is valid for bookings made between 1 July 2026 and 30 September 2026. The resulting stays may be for any future dates, subject to availability and these terms.
2. Applicability:
   • This offer is available only on selected properties and dates. Please refer to our website or the BrightExchange platform for eligible properties and dates.
   • The promotional code is valid for the duration of the promotion on the BrightExchange platform (https://exchange.brighthr.com/).
3. Booking Duration:
   • This offer applies only to stays of exactly seven nights. For each eligible seven-night stay booked using the designated promotional code during the offer period, participants will receive:
     • a 10% discount on the base accommodation rate (excluding any additional charges); and
     • one bottle of Prosecco, which will be provided on arrival at the property.
   • Example: If three separate eligible seven-night stays are booked during the promotional period, the 10% discount and one bottle of Prosecco will apply to each stay.
4. Non-Transferable:
   • The offer is non-transferable and can only be used by the individuals named on the booking.
5. No Cash Value:
   • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
6. Offer Combinations:
   • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.
7. Amendments and Cancellations:
   • If you amend or cancel your booking (see ‘Terms and Conditions of Booking’ during the booking process), the offer will no longer be valid.
8. General Conditions:
   • Underscar Owners’ Club Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
   • Any disputes regarding the promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Underscar Owners’ Club Limited.
   • Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding promotions and incentives.
   • Underscar Owners’ Club Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to game the promotion system.
9. Privacy:
   • Personal information collected as part of the promotion process will be used in accordance with the privacy policy of Underscar Owners’ Club Limited.
   • Participants consent to the use of their information for the purpose of administering the promotion.
