Join us for an another INCREDIBLE evening with Chef Jon Fell, who brings over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry- 24 of them spent right here on the West Coast of Cumbria.

Seafood is Jon’s absolute passion, with the West Coast of Great Britain offering some of the finest local and seasonal catches available- key elements in his distinctive culinary style. His ethos centres on using quality, locally sourced ingredients to create imaginative, unique and flavourful dishes.
